1. Force Restart
Press and hold the Power Key (and Volume key button on some models) for about 8–25 seconds until the device restarts. This can clear temporary glitches.
2. Charge the Device
Ensure your phone has sufficient battery. Connect the mobile charger and let it charge for at least 25 minutes before trying to turn it on again.
3. Boot into Safe Mode
Safe Mode disables third-party apps, helping identify if an app is causing the issue.
- Samsung: Press and hold the Power button until the Samsung logo appears, then release and immediately press and hold the Volume Down button until the device starts.
- Oppo/Vivo/Realme: Press and hold the Power button until the logo appears, then release and immediately press and hold the Volume Down button.
- iPhone: Safe Mode isn’t available; proceed to the next step.
If the device boots successfully in Safe Mode, uninstall any recently installed apps that might be causing the problem.
4. Wipe Cache Partition
Clearing applications cache partition can remove corrupted temporary files.
- Turn off the device.
- Press and hold the Volume Up + Power buttons simultaneously until the device logo appears.
- Use Volume keys to navigate to “Wipe Cache Partition” after it confirm with the Power button.
- After completion, select “Reboot System Now.”
