To bypass FRP on HTC devices using XTC 2 Tool (Non Plug & SIM method), follow these steps carefully. This method uses the XTC 2 Clip Tool or XTC 2 Dongle, which is a specialized tool for HTC phones, even if the phone does not have a SIM inserted or doesn’t support Plug/Sim unlock.

🔧 Step 2: Enable ADB Mode
If the phone is FRP locked, it usually disables ADB. You must:
- Use Emergency Dialer Code or other tricks (like Language > Add Keyboard > Share via Gmail > Settings access) to get into Settings > Developer Options > Enable USB Debugging
OR - Use the XTC 2 Tool’s bootloader or fastboot functions to enable ADB.
If ADB is not enabled, you can still proceed using fastboot mode with the tool.

- Boot your HTC into Fastboot Mode:
Power off the phone, then press and hold Volume Down + Power. - Connect the phone via USB to the PC.
